NovusCMS Launches New Support Portal
Leveraging the power of open source, Trellis Desk,
NovusCMS launched a new support center on December 21. This support
center is the keystone of a major overhaul of the NovusCMS technical
support system. The overhaul began in August when NovusCMS hired
several new support representatives with the goal of providing a
dramatically improved level of customer assistance. The critical
benefits of the new system include:
- The ability to track
support issues and responses by customer and/or technician. We can
monitor our performance and create an atmosphere of continual
improvement.
- Customers can search through FAQs, the Knowledge Base articles, and other customer's cases to find the answers they need.
- Technicians
can keep a transcript of your issue as well as their interactions with
the customer. This way, if an issue is escalated to a new technician,
they'll have the complete case history at their fingertips.
